SŁODKIE I ZDROWE ZAJĘCIA WARSZATOWE

 

Celem przedsięwzięcia jest przybliżenie uczniom gimnazjów zawodów branży spożywczej.

Warsztaty odbywać się będą w dniach od wtorku 21.10.2014 r. do piątku 24.10.2014 r. w godzinach 1000-1500 w Zespole Szkół Przemysłu Spożywczego w Łodzi, ul. Franciszkańska 137.

Czas trwania zajęć dla jednej grupy ok. 1 godziny.

 

Tematyka warsztatów:

·    Produkcja wyrobów ciastkarskich - ćwiczenia praktyczne.

·    Kształtowanie wyrobów piekarskich - ćwiczenia praktyczne.

·    Wykonywanie prostych dekoracji cukierniczych - ćwiczenia praktyczne.

·    Perspektywy zawodowe w przetwórstwie spożywczym - prezentacja multimedialna.

 

Ponadto będzie możliwość uczestniczenia w pokazach dekoracji cukierniczych, produkcji pralin oraz możliwość obejrzenia wystaw cukierniczych.
