KSZTAŁTOWANIE PRAWIDŁOWEJ POSTAWY CIAŁA. ĆWICZENIA WZMACNIAJĄCE GORSET MIĘŚNIOWY. ĆWICZENIA ODDECHOWE – TECHNIKA I ZANACZENIE

      

 

Zapraszamy nauczycieli wychowania fizycznego szkoły podstawowej do udziału w modelowych  zajęciach  edukacyjnych, które odbędą się 5 maja 2014 r. /poniedziałek/ w godzinach 13.40 – 15.30 w Szkole Podstawowej nr 184 w Łodzi ul. Syrenki 19 a.

Organizatorami spotkania są Krystyna Solarz– doradca metodyczny ŁCDNiKP, a prowadzącą zajęcia jest Danuta Kowalska - nauczycielka dyplomowana  ze Szkoły Podstawowej nr 184. Celem spotkania jest podkreślenie roli ćwiczeń wzmacniających mięśnie grzbietu i brzucha w celu poprawy postawy ciała,  oraz kształtowanie postaw prozdrowotnych.

 

Tematyka spotkania:
I część – lekcja modelowa - uczniowie kl. I - III

·         rozgrzewka 

·         ćwiczenia , które wzmacniają mięśnie posturalne, wdrażają do świadomego przyjmowania prawidłowej postawy oraz usuną z organizmu blokady poprawiające równowagę ciało – umysł

·         kształtowanie postawy odpowiedzialności i dbałości o własne zdrowie

·         stymulowanie  aktywności uczniów do stosowania ćwiczeń z zakresu kinezjologii  edukacyjnej.

II część – zajęcia z nauczycielami –

·          najczęściej spotykane wady postawy,

·          przyczyny ich powstawania i sposoby zapobiegania i korekcji,

·          praktyczne wykorzystanie ćwiczeń przedstawionych w części I.

Prosimy o zabranie ze sobą obuwia sportowego. Uczestnicy otrzymają potwierdzenie udziału w zajęciach. Serdecznie zapraszamy i prosimy o potwierdzenie swojego uczestnictwa w lekcji poprzez wypełnienie karty zgłoszenia do dnia 5 maja 2014 r. i przesłanie jej na
