ZAJĘCIA MODELOWE DLA NAUCZYCIELI WYCHOWANIA FIZYCZNEGO W SZKOŁACH PODSTAWOWYCH I GIMNAZJACH

Informacja o wydarzeniu: 

Zapraszamy nauczycieli wychowania fizycznego w szkołach podstawowych i Gimnazjach na zajęcia modelowe, które odbędą się 10 czerwca 2016 r.  w Szkole Podstawowej nr 162 ul. Powszechna 15 w  godz. 15.00 – 17.15.

Podczas spotkania uczestnicy będą mieli możliwość obserwacji zajęć Kształtowanie podstawowych umiejętności lekkoatletycznych. Zajęcia poprowadzi Pan Dominik Kopeć nauczyciel wychowania fizycznego w Gimnazjum nr 43.

Tematyka zajęć:

  • doskonalenie techniki biegu,
  • rozwijanie szybkości reakcji,
  • nauka startu niskiego – komendy i technika wykonania;
  • zawody lekkoatletyczne objęte Kalendarzem Igrzysk Szkolnych – przepisy udziału w konkurencjach lekkoatletycznych.

Udział w zajęciach pomoże nauczycielom w efektywnym zaplanowaniu i prowadzeniu lekcji WF ukierunkowanych na rozwijanie umiejętności lekkoatletycznych uczniów oraz pomoże w przygotowaniu ich do zawodów szkolnych.  Zaprezentowane rozwiązania organizacyjno – metodyczne służą uatrakcyjnianiu zajęć prowadzonych w terenie otwartym.

Warunkiem uczestnictwa w spotkaniu jest przesłanie na adres ŁCDNiKP wypełnionej Karty Zgłoszenia do dnia 9 maja 2016 r.  lub zgłoszenie na adres e-mail doradcy: sprawkae@wp.pl Uczestnicy otrzymają potwierdzenie udziału w zajęciach. Zajęcia odbędą się na boisku szkolnym, a w przypadku brzydkiej pogody w sali gimnastycznej, dlatego prosimy o zabranie obuwia sportowego.
