Warsztaty metodyczne dla nauczycieli wychowania fizycznego

KSZTAŁTOWANIE SPRAWNOŚCI OGÓLNEJ Z WYKORZYSTANIE PŁOTÓW LEKKOATLETYCZNYCH

W ramach projektu edukacyjnego UCZNIOWIE BEZPIECZNI-ZDROWI-AKTYWNI RUCHOWO zapraszamy nauczycieli wychowania fizycznego szkół gimnazjalnych i  ponadgimnazjalnych do udziału w warsztatach, które odbędą się   15.04.2016 (piątek) w godz. 14.00 – 15.30 w Zespole Szkół Ekonomii i Usług, ul. Astronautów 19  w  Łodzi. 

Celem warsztatów jest zaprezentowanie ćwiczeń kształtujących koordynację ruchową na płotach lekkoatletycznych niekoniecznie w oparciu o technikę kroku biegowego.

Udział w warsztatach umożliwi:

  • wykorzystanie ćwiczeń lokomocyjnych z akcentem na gibkość jako przygotowanie do zajęć na płotach,
  • oswajanie ze sprzętem sportowym - płoty lekkoatletyczne,
  • wykorzystanie ćwiczeń lokomocyjnych z akcentem na gibkość jako przygotowanie do zajęć na płotach,
  • wykorzystanie ćwiczeń kształtujących siłę, szybkość, zwinność i równowagę,
  • urozmaicenie lekcji o  elementy zabawy,
  • przestrzeganie zasad bezpiecznej organizacji zajęć na płotach lekkoatletycznych.

 Organizatorem spotkania jest Teresa Libiszewska-Gozdan, doradca metodyczny wychowania fizycznego  ŁCDNiKP we współpracy z Agnieszką Marandą i Agnieszką Sokołowską, nauczycielami wychowania fizycznego ZSEiU.

Koszt spotkania -3 zł, płatne przed zajęciami

Wskazany  strój sportowy:  koszulka, spodnie sportowe, obuwie sportowe.

Uczestnicy otrzymają zaświadczenie potwierdzające udział w spotkaniu.

Prosimy o  potwierdzenie swojego uczestnictwa w warsztatach poprzez wypełnienie Karty zgłoszenia /osobno dla każdego nauczyciela/ i przesłanie jej faksem (042) 678 10 85 do dnia 08.04.2016 r.
