dla nauczycieli wychowania fizycznego

Nawiązując do realizacji  projektu edukacyjnego dotyczącego  organizacji warsztatu pracy nauczyciela sprzyjającego procesowi samodzielnego uczenia się uczniów zapraszamy nauczycieli wychowania fizycznego szkół gimnazjalnych i ponadgimnazjalnych na pierwsze warsztaty metodyczne /następne spotkanie planowane jest w przyszłym roku szkolnym/ z cyklu:

POZNAJEMY DYSCYPLINY SPORTU  BEZ RYWALIZACJI

Zajęcia odbędą się w Zespole Szkół Techniczno Informatycznych w Łodzi, ul. Al. Politechniki 37 dnia 08.04.2016 r. ( piątek) godz. 13.30 - 17.00.

Udział w warsztatach umożliwi:

  • poznanie koncepcji Pilates w teorii i praktyce jako remedium radzenia sobie ze skutkami stresu na co dzień,
  • udzielenie odpowiedzi: czym jest oddech i jak ważną rolę odgrywa w życiu?, jak zadbać o higienę emocjonalną?,
  • kontrolowanie napięcia i stresu oraz pracy z symptomami drobnych dolegliwości czy choroby.

Organizatorem spotkania jest Teresa Libiszewska-Gozdan – doradca ŁCDNiKP we współpracy z Katarzyną Jurgas - nauczycielem ZSTI i Moniką Boruch - nauczycielem XXIV LO w Łodzi.

Prosimy o zaopatrzenie się w strój sportowy.

Wszyscy otrzymają potwierdzenia uczestnictwa oraz materiały metodyczne do wykorzystania pracy z uczniem.

Koszt uczestnictwa - 3 zł, płatne przed zajęciami.

Prosimy o  potwierdzenie swojego uczestnictwa w warsztatach poprzez wypełnienie Karty zgłoszenia /osobno dla każdego nauczyciela/ i przesłanie jej faksem (042) 678 10 85 do dnia 01.04.2016 r.
