Fitness Dance

tworzenie choreografii z wykorzystaniem różnych kroków i figur tanecznych

 

Udział w warsztatach umożliwi:

  • poszerzenie umiejętności z zakresu tworzenia choreografii fitness z wykorzystaniem elementów  latino, tańców towarzyskich oraz stylu dancehallowego,
  • poznanie ćwiczeń wzmacniających i kształtujących z przyborem.

Spotkanie składać się będzie z 5 bloków, w tym: trzy - taneczne i  dwa - ćwiczeń z gumami i hantlami.

Szkolenie odbędzie się dnia 04 listopada  2015 o godz.14.00 w I Liceum Ogólnokształcącym w Łodzi, ul. Więckowskiego 41.

Koordynatorem spotkania jest Teresa Libiszewska – Gozdan – doradca ŁCDNiKP, a zajęcia prowadzić będą Panie  Ewa Brochocka i  Renata Kunikowska – nauczyciele I LO w Łodzi.

Koszt udziału 15 zł.

W cenie: potwierdzenie udziału, płyta CD z nagranymi podkładami muzycznymi do ćwiczeń, posiłek regeneracyjny (kanapka, jabłko, „woda na przeżycie”).

     Niezbędne jest zabranie ze sobą wygodnego stroju do ćwiczeń i kąpieli pod natryskiem po zajęciach.

     Prosimy o  potwierdzenie swojego uczestnictwa w warsztatach poprzez wypełnienie Karty zgłoszenia /osobno dla każdego nauczyciela/ i przesłanie jej faksem (042) 678 10 85 do dnia 30.10.2015 r.
