ZAJĘCIA MODELOWE DLA NAUCZYCIELI WYCHOWANIA FIZYCZNEGO W SZKOŁACH PODSTAWOWYCH I GIMNAZJACH

Zapraszamy nauczycieli wychowania fizycznego w szkołach podstawowych na zajęcia modelowe Wykorzystanie ławeczek gimnastycznych do rozwijania siły i równowagi, które odbędą się 14 czerwca 2016 r.  w Szkole Podstawowej nr 162 ul. Powszechna 15 w  godz. 15.00 – 17.15.

Uczestnicy poznają ćwiczenia rozwijające równowagę oraz mięśnie nóg i ramion z wykorzystaniem ławeczek gimnastycznych. Przedstawione zostaną rozwiązania organizacyjno – metodyczne prezentujące wykorzystanie ławeczek do wykonywania układów charakterystycznych dla step aerobiku.

Uczestnicy nauczą się jak planować i organizować zajęcia WF w warunkach zastępczych z utrzymaniem intensywności zajęć oraz jak wykorzystać ogólnodostępny w szkołach sprzęt do stymulowania aktywności uczniów. Zajęcia poprowadzi Pani Agnieszka Wojtczak, nauczycielka wychowania fizycznego w Zespole Szkół Ekonomiczno – Turystyczno - Hotelarskich im. Władysława Grabskiego w Łodzi.

Warunkiem uczestnictwa w spotkaniu jest przesłanie na adres ŁCDNiKP wypełnionej Karty Zgłoszenia do dnia 13 czerwca 2016 r.  lub zgłoszenie na adres e-mail doradcy: sprawkae@wp.pl Ze względu na specyfikę zajęć (uczestnicy biorą czynny udział w zajęciach), prosimy o zabranie stroju sportowego.
