CROSSFIT

ĆWICZENIA DLA KAŻDEGO

Zapraszamy nauczycieli szkół ponadgimnazjalnych i gimnazjów na spotkanie, które odbędzie się 12 czerwca 2014 o godz.14.30-16.00 (czwartek) w Gimnazjum nr 39 w Łodzi, ul. Królewska 13/15.

Zajęcia  zgodnie z projektem edukacyjnym mają upowszechniać nowe modele kształcenia zgodnie ze współczesnymi tendencjami edukacyjnymi-zajęcia do wyboru ucznia.

w programie:

 

Ćwiczenia ogólno-rozwojowe, kształtujące siłę, dynamikę rozwijające, koordynację przestrzenno - ruchową z wykorzystaniem :

o   piłek lekarskich 2-3kg,

o   materacy gimnastycznych,

o   odważników, sztangi, drążka,

o   taśm elastycznych, skakanek,

 

Prezentacja standardowych układów ćwiczeń, uwzględniając możliwości i uwarunkowania morfologiczno-wydolnościowe uczestników.

 

Organizatorem spotkania jest Maciej Matczak

Zajęcia prowadzić będzie wielokrotny reprezentant i rekordzista Polski w Pływaniu Marcin Babuchowski, nauczyciel i trener AZS .

Uczestnicy otrzymają potwierdzenie udziału w zajęciach i materiały metodyczne.

Koszt  spotkania  – 3 zł. płatne przed  zajęciami.

Prosimy o  potwierdzenie swojego uczestnictwa  w zajęciach  poprzez wypełnienie Karty zgłoszenia /osobno dla każdego nauczyciela/ i przesłanie jej faksem (042) 678 10 85 lub na adres ŁCDNiKP  do dnia  09.06.2014 r.
