Nowy program promocji zdrowia psychicznego i profilaktyki uniwersalnej

APTECZKĘ  PIERWSZEJ POMOCY EMOCJONALNEJ

 

Łódzkie Centrum Doskonalenia Nauczycieli i Kształcenia Praktycznego w Łodzi  wraz z Centrum Wsparcia Terapeutycznego i Centrum Pozytywnej Edukacji  zaprasza nauczycieli do realizacji pilotażowego  programu  APTECZKA  PIERWSZEJ POMOCY EMOCJONALNEJ rozwijającego umiejętności społeczne i emocjonalne  dzieci w wieku 8-12 lat. Autorkami programu są Sylwia Wierzchowska i Elżbieta Nerwińska trenerki wielu programów profilaktycznych. Jest to kolejny program promocji zdrowia psychicznego i profilaktyki uniwersalnej, rekomendowany przez Pracownię Wychowania i Profilaktyki, który ma na celu:

•       Rozwijanie umiejętności życiowych (społecznych i emocjonalnych) dzieci.

•       Uczenie optymizmu i pozytywnego myślenia.

•       Wzmacnianie odporności na stres i wiary w siebie.

•       Kształtowanie postaw (charakteru) w odwołaniu do zdrowia i  wartości.

Wszystkich zainteresowanych zapraszamy  na spotkanie dla realizatorów Programu, przygotowujące do pracy
z pakietem edukacyjnym zawierającym następujące zagadnienia:

  1. Apteczka skarbów - jak leczyć rany duszy?
  2. Optymizm - myśl pozytywnie, wtedy jest łatwiej!
  3. Przyjaźń - okazuj miłość i przyjaźń!
  4. Kreatywność - ucz się całe życie, odkrywaj i wzmacniaj swoje talenty!
  5. Wytrwałość - nie poddawaj się, sukces w życiu to bieg na długi dystans!
  6. Zdrowie fizyczne - dbaj o zdrowie i ćwicz codziennie – to poprawia samopoczucie!
  7. Szczerość - nie komplikuj niepotrzebnie swojego życia!
  8. Życzliwość - próbuj zrozumieć i wspierać innych!
  9. Wdzięczność - okazuj wdzięczność za wszystko, co cię spotyka!
  10. Marzenia - wyznaczaj sobie cele i podążaj za marzeniami!

Spotkanie odbędzie się 04.XI w godzinach 16.00-20.00 oraz 05. XI. 2016r. w godzinach 10.00-15.00 w Łódzkim Centrum Doskonalenia Nauczycieli i Kształcenia Praktycznego ul. Żeromskiego 115 (budynek C, II piętro). Koszt udziału  wynosi 350 PLN (licencja, materiały dla nauczycieli, uczniów i rodziców).

Nauczyciel realizator będzie miał możliwość uczestniczenia w konsultacjach grupowych oraz seminarium.
