Zapraszamy nauczycieli wychowania fizycznego szkół podstawowych
na warsztaty metodyczne, które odbędą się 25 listopada 2013 r. (poniedziałek)
w Szkole Podstawowej nr 184 w Łodzi przy ul. Syrenki 19a (pływalnia)
w godzinach 16.45 - 18.15.

Organizatorem spotkania jest doradca metodyczny ŁCDNiKP Krystyna Solarz,
a prowadzącą - nauczycielka wychowania fizycznego ze Szkoły Podstawowej nr 184 Ewa Stępień.

Celem warsztatów jest popularyzacja sportów wodnych. Zajęcia w wodzie to najzdrowsza forma aktywności fizycznej, która doskonale wpływa na rozwój dziecka. Aqua fun kids można wykorzystać  w organizacji 4 godziny wychowania fizycznego.

 

W programie warsztatów metodycznych przewidziane są m. in.

I.  Zajęcia praktyczne godz. 16.45 – 17.30 (pływalnia)

II. Zajęcia teoretyczne godz. 17.45 -18.15

§  Co to jest aqua fun kids ?

§  Sprzęt do aqua fun kids.

§  Korzyści płynące z treningu w wodzie i przeciwwskazania.

 

Podczas zajęć praktycznych uczestnicy spotkania ćwiczyć będą krótkie układy choreograficzne do popularnych piosenek dla dzieci w wodzie. Zajęcia odbywać się będą na wodzie głębokiej w pasach wypornościowych.

Prosimy o zabranie ze sobą kostiumu, ręcznika oraz klapek. Czepek nie jest wymagany.

Uczestnicy otrzymają potwierdzenie udziału w zajęciach.
