WYCHOWANIA FIZYCZNEGO Z GIMNAZJÓW I SZKÓŁ PONADGIMNAZJALNYCH

PALETA FITNESS

Zapraszamy nauczycieli wychowania fizycznego na warsztaty Fitness czyli, vademecum wiedzy o treningu ogólnorozwojowym,  które odbędą się 27 lutego 2017 r. w klubie fitness "Revers" ul. Rokicińska 142 w Łodzi  godz. 14.30 – 16.30.

Podczas spotkania zaprezentowane zostaną najnowsze formy ćwiczeń rozwijających ogólną sprawność fizyczną i koordynację ruchową, kształtujących prawidłową postawę ciała oraz odchudzających brzuch, modelujących talię i pośladki, pionizujących sylwetkę stabilizujących kręgosłup.

Nauczyciele uczestniczący w zajęciach poznają możliwości wykorzystania w pracy z uczniami ćwiczeń, takich jak : Body shape, ABT, tabata, power pump, revers.

UWAGA: Po spotkaniu będzie możliwość  zgłoszenia do udziału w kursie kwalifikacyjnym „Instruktora Fitness”.

Warunkiem uczestnictwa w warsztatach jest przesłanie wypełnionej Karty Zgłoszenia lub wypełnienie zgłoszenia elektronicznego  REJESTRACJA
